Piano for Wellbeing is a gentle music program designed to support relaxation, creativity, confidence, emotional wellbeing, and cognitive stimulation through music. Unlike traditional piano lessons or structured group classes, these sessions focus less on technical progression and performance, and more on experiencing the calming, social, and memory-supporting benefits that music can provide.
