REFUND POLICY

A legal disclaimer

The refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which payments made to The Piano Palace  may be refunded. By enrolling in any program, lesson or event with The Piano Palace,  you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. This policy is subject to change at any time, and any updates will be communicated via our website or directly to enrolled families.

The Basics

We know that life can be unpredictable, but to keep things fair to all families and teachers, we have a simple refund policy to place:

  • All payments are final once the term or program has begun.

  • We do not offer refunds for missed lessons, change of mind, or withdrawals during the term.

  • If your child is unable to continue due to serious illness or exceptional circumstances, please get in touch - we're happy to review situations on a case-by-case basis.

  • In some cases, a credit may be applied toward a future term or program, but this is not guaranteed.

Group Programs (e.g. The Little Piano Club)

  • Due to small class sizes and the planning involved, fees for group programs are non-refundable.

  • We cannot offer make-up sessions for missed classes in group programs.

  • If you withdraw before the program begins, a refund may be considered if your place can be filled from the waitlist.

Private Lessons

  • Term fees are non-refundable once the term has commenced.

  • If you withdraw before the term begins, a full or partial refund may be offered, depending on the timing.

  • Make-up lessons are not guaranteed but may be offered under discretion of the teacher, subject to availability.

Exceptional Circumstances

We're always here to help. If your child cannot continue due to health, family, or unexpected personal circumstances, please reach out. We handle these situations with compassion and may offer credit for future lessons where possible.

Additional Notes

  • Payment plans do not affect the refund policy. Once enrolled, the full term fee is still due.

  • Non-attendance does not qualify for a refund or withdrawal.

  • If The Piano Palace  cancels a lesson or program, a credit or make-up will be offered.

If you have any questions or need to speak with us about a unique situation, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We're here to support you and your child's musical journey.
